Project Executive (B2B)

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Cost Control
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet client requirements.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Implement strategies to maintain project timelines and budgets.
Sales & Financial Operations
- Prepare quotations and respond to sales inquiries.
- Develop sales proposals and presentations to secure new business opportunities.
- Process Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Tax Invoices.
- Maintain a schedule of outstanding account receivables.
Logistics & On-Site Coordination
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee project deliveries and conduct site visits as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Inventory & Asset Management
- Maintain and manage inventory levels.
- Oversee loaned items and ensure their return.
Documentation & Reporting
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Provide regular updates on project progress.
Supplier & Vendor Relations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate favourable terms and ensure reliable supply chains.
- Perform other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advantageous if you have a proven track record in logistical coordination and working with contractors.
- Able to juggle multiple stakeholders, keep projects on track, maintain strong relationships, and communicate effectively.
- Meticulous in paperwork, including preparing quotations and responding to sales inquiries.
