Position Title: Project Executive

Working Location: Ubi

Working Hours: 5 working days (Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM)

Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Mobile Allowance

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible to ensure successful completion of projects undertaken by the company within scheduled cost, time & quality.
2. Coordinate and supervise the construction process with clients & vendors from beginning through final construction, making sure that the project gets done on time and within budget.
3. Effectively manage each phase of the project from design to completion & ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost-effectiveness.
4. Liaise closely with contractors, vendors and authorities - oversee the performance of all trade contractors and responsible for ensuring all work is completed on schedule.
5. Responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses and, depending upon the contractual arrangements, direct or monitor compliance with building and safety codes, other regulations and requirements.
6. Responsible for project financial management and reporting to Management.
7. Ability to coordinate several major activities at once, while analyzing and resolving specific problems.

Minimum Requirements

1. Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of Project experience, or experience in the Events industry.
3. Familiarity with computers and software programs for job costing, online collaboration, scheduling, and estimating.
