About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Executive to oversee the planning and rollout of calm rooms—safe and sensory-friendly spaces designed to support individuals with sensory or emotional regulation needs—across public facilities.

You will be responsible for leading feasibility studies, design coordination, contractor management, and project implementation from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors on design, equipment, and site execution for calm rooms and storerooms
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop project proposals, evaluating technical and functional aspects
• Oversee fitting-out works, commissioning, testing, and site handover
• Review architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical plans to ensure integration of calm room features
• Lead procurement processes including tender preparation, evaluation, and contract awards
• Ensure all works meet performance standards, contract specifications, and project milestones
• Support long-term rollout goal to establish calm rooms at all facilities by 2030

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Property & Facilities Management, Building Services, Architecture, Interior Design, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience
• Prior experience in interior design or architectural project management is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in contract management and technical evaluation
• Strategic mindset with ability to multi-task across projects
• Passionate about inclusion and community impact through infrastructure
• A personal interest in sport and active living is a bonus

Work Location:

• Nearest MRT Statiom: Stadium MRT Station (CC6)

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
• Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Contract Details:

• Duration: 11 months
• Salary: Up to $5,000/month
