About the role

Presto Universal Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented Project Executive to join our growing team based in the Bukit Merah Central Region. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in the successful delivery of our luxury fit-out projects.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating and overseeing all aspects of assigned projects from planning to completion

• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues, and implementing appropriate solutions

• Maintaining detailed project documentation and reporting on progress to the management team

• Plan, manage, coordinate and execute retail and commercial projects

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in project management (General Contractor field)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in using project management software and tools

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality results

• General reading and writing in Chinese and English (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)
