Job summary

A leading event management firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Executive to support the planning and execution of trade fairs and exhibitions in Thailand and Germany. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination skills, be customer-oriented, and possess knowledge of MS Office. Relevant experience in the exhibition and convention industry is preferred.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the exhibition and convention industry.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications is a must.

Job description

As a Project Executive, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of trade fairs and exhibitions in Thailand and Germany. You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and international stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery and high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of assigned events
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Liaise with exhibitors, contractors, and sales agents to manage various administrative, logistics, handle exhibitors’ / visitors’ enquiries, and on-site support
  • Maintain project timelines, documentation, and databases
  • Support floorplan allocation and management, sales activities, invoicing, reporting processes
  • Prepare and update sales reports, meeting minutes, and presentations
  • Work closely with Operations Team to set up the Online Exhibitor’s Portal for the Trade Show
  • Conduct and prepare post-event evaluations and recommend improvements for future editions

Requirements

Successful applicants should demonstrate a strong business sense and have a high level of determination to achieve goals within the set deadlines. They should also be customer oriented, self-motivated and self-reliant. Knowledge of MS Office applications is a must. There will be some traveling involved.

Candidates who have at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the exhibition and convention industry will have an advantage.
