Job summary

A waste management company in Singapore seeks a contact person to manage waste collection projects. Responsibilities include project management, ensuring safety compliance, and training workers. The ideal candidate has completed the Safety Orientations Course and preferably the Supervise Work At Height Course. Remuneration ranges from $2800 to $3000 monthly, with Monday to Friday working hours and Saturday mornings.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for waste collection requirements.
• Work with site operations to understand and address requirements.
• Manage projects, ensuring customer specifications are met.
• Track and resolve site risks and issues.
• Train workers on site requirements and equipment use.
• Manage emergency transport for workers as needed.

Job description

Responsibilities:

· To act as the primary contact person for liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties ensuring waste collection requirements at customer site are complied.

· Work closely with customer site operations day coordinators to understand their requirements and seek clarifications if needed.

· Responsible for project management of new and existing projects, liaison with customers on their specifications and schedules. To ensure that the company meets all customers’ requirements.

· To ensure site’s risks and issues are being tracked and mitigated/resolved.

· To manage the workers/sub-con workers at project work site and inform Project Manager if there is any issue regarding to the workers or the work.

· Assist the Project Manager to manage customer care program. To monitor customer satisfaction, complaints, changes in customer’s people, equipment, processes, materials used and business strategy.

· To ensure all Company personnel adhere to the safety, Environmental and Health policies and requirements. Review the Company personnel work activity and review their JSRA.

· To train workers on new job/job sites requirements and also the use of any new equipment.

· To fetch workers to and from sites.

· To fetch workers to complete the task in the event of emergency activation. (after office hours)

Requirements:

· Safety Orientations Course (Working in Power Plant and Construction)

· Supervise Work At Height Course (preferred)

Remuneration:

· Basic Salary: $2800 - $3000

· Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm), Saturday (8am – 12pm)

· Possess own car
