Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project planning, monitor site work progress, safety, meeting project time lines and project budget.
• Overall supervision all of site team, sub-contract works.
• Co-ordinate site work matters relating to design requirements, modifications.
• Handle technical co-ordination with Qualified Person / M&E work team.
• Liaise to clients and Designer for site work progress.
• Attend project meeting & site meeting.
• Prepare & update Construction report/schedule to project team or clients.

Job Requirements:

• Required 3-4 years of relevant experience in installation of fire protection and security alarm systems
• Analytical, organized and possess strong planning skills.
• Excellent project and time management abilities.
• An effective communicator and has strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability in dealing with consultants and project client.
• Good team player with work team.
• Willing to work overtime and work among several sites at the same time.
