A leading construction company is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to oversee project planning and stakeholder coordination. The role requires a diploma in IT or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in IT project coordination, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the timely delivery of projects while maintaining accurate documentation and providing management updates.
Responsibilities
· Manage the overall planning, scheduling and monitoring of projects
· Coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure timely delivery of projects
· Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project progress, costs and quality control
· Provide administrative support, such as preparing reports, processing invoices
· Provide management updates for projects portfolio
· Escalate and resolve critical issues promptly
· Undertake additional projects and duties as assigned by management
Requirements
· Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
· Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project coordination
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
· Project management certification is an advantage
· Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach
