Job summary

AME International in Singapore is seeking a project manager to lead end-to-end delivery of oil & gas projects across upstream, midstream or downstream within scope, schedule and budget. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage contractor relationships, and drive government tender submissions and contract administration while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Strong communication with stakeholders and authorities is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in oil & gas project execution.
• Proven track record in government tender submissions and contract administration preferred.
• Knowledge of local regulatory and procurement policies.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholders and authority engagement.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, HSE and finance
• Manage contractor and vendor relationships throughout project phases

Government Tendering

• Prepare, review and submit tender documents in compliance with government procurement regulations ( eg: GeBiZ, MyPROCUREMENT, or equivalent national portals )
• Manage pre-qualification submissions, technical proposals and commercial bids
• Evaluate and negotiate contract terms, variations and claims.
• Monitor project financials including cost control, invoicing and progress claims

Job Requirements

Educations / Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field

Skills / Knowledge / Experience Required:

• 2 -3 years of experience in oil & gas project execution
• Proven track record in government tender submissions and contract administration preferred
