Job Title: Project Execution Head Construction (Real Estate)

Reports To: Director Projects / VP Construction

Department: Projects / Construction Management

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the end-to-end execution of real estate construction projects from planning through delivery, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely completion in accordance with company standards and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning and Strategy: Develop and finalize project execution plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets. Review designs and define procurement timelines.
  2. Project Execution & Site Management: Oversee site activities, coordinate with teams and stakeholders, ensure adherence to standards, and report progress.
  3. Vendor and Contractor Management: Select and evaluate contractors, monitor performance, and resolve disputes.
  4. Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure construction quality and compliance with safety and legal standards.
  5. Cost and Budget Management: Track expenditures, manage variations, and forecast costs.
  6. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
  7. Liaison and Coordination: Coordinate with authorities, consultants, and stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
