Job description

Job Description:

  • Manage all aspect of the tender process for upcoming contracts or project
  • Able to analyze and review contract drawings and specifications to understand project requirements
  • Attend and participate in site meeting/discussion with stakeholders and ensure that important information is disseminated effectively and correctly to relevant parties
  • Liaise and coordinate with client’s representatives, project team, internal departments and subcontractors and ensure all information are communicated effectively
  • Active planning and monitoring of project schedule to ensure that project deliverables and deadlines are met
  • Ensure that the works carried out are in accordance with approved Identify, assess and manage project risks and highlight any potential issues and appropriate mitigation action to the Management
  • Maintain proper project documentation and ensure timely updates and submission of documents to stakeholders
  • Provide regular report on project activities to the management as and when required.
  • Maintain and build good working relationships with clients
  • Other ad-hoc duties as per instructions from the Management

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Holder or other relevant qualifications
  • Min 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Able to work independently and under tight schedule
  • Good project coordination and management skill
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
