Job Scope

As a Project & Events Manager, your role is to plan, manage and execute our portfolio of events and activation projects. You will work closely with the Project Director for budget & proposal generation with regard to the company’s various portfolio of clients. The primary functions are listed below:

Duties and Responsibilities

The Project & Events Manager performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:

Project Management & Execution:

  • Collaborate and connect with internal and external stakeholders (such as vendors, freelancers and other agencies)
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team-members
  • Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts
  • Planning and executing of event project deliverables
  • Coordinate program, venues, suppliers and staffing for event requirements
  • Documentation of project details & results via Event Reports
  • Define the scope of project (ie: when the company receives a project brief)
  • Project Budgeting - Determine the resources (time, cost, equipment/s, etc.) required to complete the project
  • Develop a timeline/schedule for project completion
  • Review the project timeline/schedule with management
  • Prepare presentation decks for clients/suppliers
  • Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at required level of quality
  • Achieve the company’s service and client’s objective

  • Work on weekends if project requires (*off-in-lieu will be reimbursed)
