Project Manager – AdrenalinX (Experiential Events)

Singapore | Full-time | Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day WFH) | Salary: From SGD $4,000/month

At AdrenalinX, we create experiences that move people and deliver results. As the experiential events arm of Adrenalin Group, we work with purpose-driven brands to design bold, immersive, and meaningful events.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives on leading both projects and people. Someone who’s not just operationally sound, but also passionate about building team capability and client trust.

What You’ll Own

• Project Leadership: Run full project lifecycles – from kickoff to close-out – with clear timelines, budgets, and client alignment
• Team Collaboration & Enablement: Work alongside 1 to 2 team members per project, offering daily coordination, guidance, and support to drive effective delivery.
• Client Partnership: Be a key liaison – managing expectations, offering solutions, and building long-term relationships
• Execution Excellence: Coordinate with internal creatives and external partners to deliver with quality and agility
• Budget Oversight: Own budgets, track costs, and optimise value across all touchpoints
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve workflows and shape how we scale operations

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of experience in project/event management
• Proven ability to manage junior staff or interns – with a track record of developing others
• Confident with clients, clear with teams, and calm under pressureDetail-oriented, adaptable, and commercially aware
• Familiar with Google Workspace, Canva, and basic PM tools
• Bonus if you’ve worked across hybrid, live, or digital events
