  • Plan, oversee, and execute setup, daily management, and teardown of offline event booths.
  • Ensure all booths meet brand guidelines, cleanliness standards, and provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Drive operational excellence in Mid-Autumn Festival booth activities and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and consolidate daily sales across multiple booth locations.
  • Analyse performance trends and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage staffing schedules and coordinate daily shift planning for promoters and booth crew.
  • Lead and motivate onsite teams to uphold service standards, drive engagement, and meet sales targets.
  • Serve as the point of contact for resolving operational issues and ensuring morale.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Project/Operations Manager to lead our offline event booth operations, with a key focus on delivering a high-quality Food & Beverage (F&B) experience. This role will primarily manage Mid-Autumn Festival booths and will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, accurate sales reporting, effective team coordination, and timely product fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Event Booth Operations

  • Plan, oversee, and execute setup, daily management, and teardown of offline event booths
  • Ensure all booths meet brand guidelines, cleanliness standards, and provide an outstanding customer experience
  • Drive operational excellence in Mid-Autumn Festival booth activities and performance metrics

Sales & Performance Reporting

  • Monitor and consolidate daily sales across multiple booth locations
  • Analyse performance trends and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reporting

Team Leadership & Scheduling
