Job summary

Securitas Electronic Security Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage security and communications-related system projects on third-party products. You will support planning, coordinate execution, prepare designs and documentation, handle quotations, and train users.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience and a strong client-focused mindset to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the related industry.
• Knowledge in project management is preferred.
• Strong customer focus, team player, independent and result-oriented.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate across all levels.
• Energetic with a high level of work commitment and ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project team in project planning, coordinate, implement and manage security and communications systems projects.
• Prepare engineering design and documentation, and follow up on quotations for additional works.
• Prepare and submit project documentation and conduct user training.
• Review contract scope, requirements and costing to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure timely project completion.
• Supervise and monitor on-site progress.
• Ensure projects progress within cost, time and quality standards.
• Handle project closure and follow-ups on audit findings.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing security & communications-related system projects on third-party products and systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To support the Project team in project planning, coordinate, implement, and manage security & communications-related systems projects;
• Preparation of engineering design and documentation, and follow up on quotations for additional works;
• Preparation of and final submission of project documentation & conduct user training;
• Review contract scope, requirements, and all costing to ensure designed systems meet the customer’s requirements;
• Coordinate with customer, contractor, and work closely with internal departments to ensure projects are completed on time;
• Supervise and monitor the progress of works on site
• Ensuring smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time, and quality standards;
• Responsible for project closure, project audit findings, if any, and follow-ups
