Project Engineer - Up to 3800 basic + Variable Bonus + AWS

Working days and hours: 9am ~ 6pm (Mon ~ Fri)

Location: Loyang Lane

Responsibilities:

· Prepare project tenders and plans in close coordination with customers and internal teams

· Act as the main point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders

· Coordinate project activities to ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements

· Maintain project schedule and monitor overall progress

· Prepare regular status reports and manage daily site operations

· Attend to and resolve engineering issues on-site

· Interpret construction drawings and ensure work aligns with specifications

· Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers

· Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance

· Resolve on-site issues with all relevant parties

Requirements:

· Degree / Diploma in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent

· Minimum 3 years proven work experience in project management for the Building & Construction Industry

· Project management skills, technical understanding and documentation skills

· Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
