Working Hours: Mon – Fri | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Pasir Ris
Salary: Up to $3,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus

️ Key Responsibilities

Prepare tenders & project schedules with internal teams and clients
Liaise with stakeholders and provide regular project updates
Coordinate site activities to meet customer specs and deadlines
Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines
Interpret engineering drawings and ensure work meets quality standards
Supervise subcontractors and suppliers
Conduct site inspections for safety & compliance
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site engineering issues

Requirements

Diploma in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
At least 3 years’ experience in Building & Construction project management
Strong technical and documentation skills
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
