Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the design, planning, and installation of solar facilities, ensuring all project activities align with the project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Work with engineering teams to develop detailed project designs and specifications, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Oversee the procurement and installation of solar panels, inverters, and related equipment, ensuring all installations meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine optimal solar facility design and placement.
• Manage project timelines and milestones, ensuring projects stay on schedule and any delays are addressed promptly.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any technical issues that arise.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the installation process.
• Prepare project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and as-built drawings, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on solar facility design and installation.
• Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, including photovoltaic (PV) panels, inverters, and related infrastructure.
• Proven experience coordinating the design and installation of solar facilities or similar renewable energy projects.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
