Overview
We’re looking for a versatile and driven Software Project Engineer to lead software development efforts from requirements gathering to delivery. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure high-quality, timely, and standards-compliant software solutions for our clients.

Role Responsibilities:

Software Development & Design

• Collaborate with customers to understand, define, and finalize software requirements
• Evaluate technical specs and prepare both technical and commercial proposals
• Review key documentation, including Functional Requirement and Software Design Documents

Project & Process Management

• Serve as the key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders
• Create project schedules and milestones using industry-standard methodologies
• Manage full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery and risk mitigation
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards
• Maintain accurate, secure, and accessible project documentation

Testing & Validation

• Define test strategies and scenarios in collaboration with engineers and team leads
• Review and validate test documentation for completeness and alignment

Training & Knowledge Sharing

• Deliver training on software tools to Field Service, Design Quality teams, and customers as needed

Role Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle and project management processes
• Proficient in PLC, C#, and other programming languages
• Solid grasp of software QA and validation principles
• Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements
