Recruit Expert Pte Ltd is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site operations for large-scale building and infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will ensure compliance with drawings, safety standards, quality, and project schedules while coordinating with engineers, consultants, and trades.

Ideal candidates have a civil engineering background, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency in construction drawings, AutoCAD, and BIM.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of construction industry experience in large-scale building or infrastructure.
• Proficient in construction drawings and site coordination; experience with AutoCAD and BIM software.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily site operations for building and structural works, ensuring quality, safety, and schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, Clerk-of-Works, surveyors, and M&E/architectural teams to resolve issues.
• Lead site supervisors and subcontractors; manage manpower and equipment; ensure safe, on-time completion.
• Review drawings and documents; coordinate inspections and meetings; ensure latest drawings/specs are used.
• Oversee site housekeeping, equipment readiness, and EHS; report delays and conflicts to the Project Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations for general building and structural works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements and project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, Resident Engineers, Clerk-of-Works, surveyors and internal M&E and architectural teams to resolve technical issues and prevent clashes between trades.
• Lead and coordinate site supervisors and subcontractors, monitor work progress, manage manpower and equipment resources, and ensure works are completed safely and on schedule.
• Review construction drawings and technical documents, coordinate inspections and site meetings, and ensure all subcontractors work with the latest approved drawings and specifications.
• Oversee site housekeeping, equipment readiness and EHS compliance, promptly reporting construction issues, delays and subcontractor conflicts to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of construction industry experience in a Large-Scale Building or Infrastructure Projects.
• Proficient in construction drawings and site coordination; experience with AutoCAD and BIM software.

Salary: $3,500 to $7,500
