Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and commission security systems in line with company standards
• Program and configure security equipment for optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
• Provide technical support to Sales and internal teams
• Conduct client training sessions for security systems
• Design security layouts and building diagrams using AutoCAD
• Keep up-to-date with security technologies and best practices

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in security, electronics, or related project implementation and commissioning
• Basic IT knowledge, including networking, security hardware, and databases
• Experience with access control, CCTV, and alarm systems
• Strong communication, coordination, and client service skills
• Quick learner with a proactive problem-solving mindset
