Job summary

A leading recruitment consultancy in Singapore is seeking a qualified professional to manage site surveys and project logistics. You will be responsible for overseeing project progress, conducting training, and ensuring compliance with specifications. Ideal candidates should have a diploma/degree in Mechanical/Construction/Electrical and 3-5 years of experience. A Class 3 license is also required.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 - 5 years of related experience.
  • Possess class 3 license.
  • Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawing.

Responsibilities

  • Perform site surveys, preparing designs and documentations for submission.
  • Arrange manpower, logistics & equipment to site.
  • Implement systems, monitor site progress, and workshop planning.
  • Conduct user trainings and safety briefings.
  • Manage the training, productivity and well-being of the teams.

Skills

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform site surveys, preparing designs and documentations for submission
  • Arrange manpower, logistics & equipment to site and install, commission, maintain, inspect, shift, troubleshoot, dismantle and return equipment to workshop.
  • Implement systems, monitor site progress as well as workshop planning and productivity.
  • Site inspections to ensure according to scope, requirements & specifications
  • Ensure supervisors/technicians submit service reports with pictures, work done forms, inspection checklists and maintenance checklists to customers and Operations Administration Department.
  • Perform designs, inspections, testings, submit drawings, calculations and provide certificates to client
  • Conduct user trainings and safety briefings as well as organise safety campaigns.
  • Perform incident investigation and root cause analysis as well as prepare incident reports with pictures.
  • Manage the training, productivity and well-being of the teams within the Operations Department
  • Ensure equipment and accessories on-site and workshop are fully accounted
  • Asset and inventory reconciliation and generate monthly reports and forecasts for Management.
  • Complete daily tasks and assist implementation and improvements of the system.
  • Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO audits.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Construction/Electrical
  • At least 3 - 5 years of related experience
  • Abilitiy to interpret architectural and structural drawing
  • Knowledge in electrical/electronic/mechanical concepts and AutoCAD will be an advantage.
  • Possess class 3 license
