Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the project team in planning, scheduling, and tracking of engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
  • Monitor project progress, identify variances, and propose mitigation actions.
  • Prepare project reports including cost performance, schedule status, and risk analysis
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production departments to ensure alignment with the project schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with project control processes and corporate governance standards.
  • Provide support in resource forecasting.
  • Participate in project reviews, audits, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions where required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in project control, preferably in the marine, offshore, or oil & gas industry.
  • Proficient in project planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of marine engineering project workflows is an advantage.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
