JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supports the project team in planning, scheduling, and tracking of engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
• Monitors project progress, identify variances, and propose mitigation actions.
• Prepares project reports including cost performance, schedule status, and risk analysis.
• Coordinates with engineering, procurement, and production departments to ensure alignment with the project schedule.
• Ensures compliance with project control processes and corporate governance standards.
• Provides support in resource forecasting.
• Participates in project reviews, audits, and client meetings.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to implement corrective actions where required.
• Experiences in cash flow projections and budget tracking will be an added advantage

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Preferably experienced in marine and offshore projects.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project engineering or a related field.
• Proficient in project management software such as MS Project and AutoCAD.
• Skilled in creating effective PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and effective team collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
