A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor in Plumbing & Sanitary installation. The role involves liaising with various stakeholders, supervising work in line with contract specifications, and maintaining project schedules. Successful candidates should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, relevant experience, and competency in design tools like AutoCAD or Revit.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Liaise and work closely with the consultant, clients and subcontractors on the progress of Plumbing & Sanitary installation work to meet the project schedule.

• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications

• Prepare correspondence reports, suggesting corrective actions or value added recommendations according to best practice when applicable,

• Responsible for keeping daily work record, including additional work claim to the clients and from the subcontracts.

• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Min 3 years of relevant working experience in building construction industry.

• Knowledge in design skills and usage of AutoCAD/ Revit will have added advantage. • Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
