Job summary

SIMBA Telecom in Singapore seeks a Project Coordinator to support implementation by coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards in mobile network projects.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in IT or Engineering, 3+ years in project coordination, and experience in telecom projects. Candidates with hands-on PM experience will be advantaged; on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in IT or Engineering ( Electronics and IT preferred) or equivalent.
• Experience in mobile telecommunications network projects.
• 3+ years in project coordination and supervision preferred.
• Experience in project management is advantageous.
• Hands-on telecommunications industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Review technical documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, HDB, town councils, building owners, and project stakeholders (RF, RAN, Transmission) to achieve project delivery milestones.
• Monitor contractor implementation to ensure compliance with approved specifications, proposals, EHS requirements, and quality standards.
• Apply knowledge of HDB and town council processes, rules, and regulations to facilitate project progress.
• Attend site meetings and conduct surveys with building owners to address project requirements.
• Manage Permit to Work (PTW) and related work documentation in accordance with building management or owner requirements.
• Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and provide site technical support to resolve issues promptly.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel to document and report project status and activities.
• Ensure all required project reporting and documentation are complete, accurate, and properly recorded.

Job Summary

• Experience in mobile telecommunications network projects
• Experience in project management and hands‑on telecommunications industry work is advantageous
• Minimum 3 years of project coordination and supervision experience is preferred
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills applied to project challenges
