A leading company in industrial engineering and construction seeks a professional to manage Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sanitary projects. Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in project management, communication skills, and team coordination are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include project planning, monitoring, compliance with safety standards, and client coordination.

Monday - Friday, Half Saturday (office hour)

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing MEPL (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection) projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery
Monitor overall project progress, including cost control, scheduling, team performance, and compliance with standards
Prepare and update project schedules, reports, and technical documentation
Ensure all works comply with relevant codes, QA/QC procedures, and performance specifications
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and propose value-engineering solutions
Manage site operations, including manpower planning, subcontractor coordination, and on-site supervision
Attend project meetings, conduct site inspections, and support technical submissions (e.g., drawings, MOS, RA)
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and support corrective actions to resolve technical issues
Additional Information:
• 1-3 years of working experience in managing Additional and Alteration services in Commercial / Industrial / Plants sectors for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary systems, Fire systems (MEPL)
