With decades of experience and a solid reputation in the industry, we’ve played a key role in shaping some of Singapore’s most iconic coastal landmarks through our comprehensive suite of services — from the construction and maintenance of revetments, seawalls, breakwaters, and rock bunds, to executing complex reclamation and dredging projects. What you'll be doing:

• Drive project timelines by planning and coordinating on-site and off-site construction schedules.

• Track and report progress across all stages—keeping teams, clients, and consultants in the loop.

• Review drawings (civil, structural, architectural, M&E) to ensure everything lines up with project goals.

• Monitor site activities closely and produce daily, weekly, and monthly updates.

• Champion a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.

• Lead daily toolbox meetings and coordinate tasks with supervisors and safety teams.

• Liaise with REs and RTOs for inspections, and represent the team in client and safety meetings.

• Prepare and manage key submissions—RFIs, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, SWPs, drawings, and more.

• Keep project documentation organized and audit-ready for ISO standards.

What you'll have:

• A Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimally 2 to 4 years of work experience in infrastructural or marine construction industry.

• Relevant project experiences in dredging, reclamation or near shore construction will be highly regarded.

• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and BCA regulations.

• Experience assisting in variable projects from time-to-time.

• Own vehicle will be highly advantageous.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
