Job description

Primary Objective(s) of Position

• Manage key phases of marine projects such as Installation, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, FAT/Sea Trial and other test as required.
• After Sales support.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment installations and Commissioning are according to Manufactures’ and customers’ requirement and coordinate all FAT and sea-trial activities.
• Conduct all diagnostic to ensure all errors, malfunctions are resolved. Supervise/work on engine aftersales maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, overhauls.
• Adhere to all safety protocols in all working environment.

Person Specifications

• Possess a diploma in Marine Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in related industry
• Strong understanding of diesel and engine principles, components and systems.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting engine issues
• Able to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and engineering drawings.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to details.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to travel overseas as and when required.
