Primary Objective(s) of Position
- Manage key phases of marine projects such as Installation, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, FAT/Sea Trial and other test as required.
- After Sales support.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment installations and Commissioning are according to Manufactures’ and customers’ requirement and coordinate all FAT and sea-trial activities.
- Conduct all diagnostic to ensure all errors, malfunctions are resolved. Supervise/work on engine aftersales maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, overhauls.
- Adhere to all safety protocols in all working environment.
Person Specifications
- Possess a diploma in Marine Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in related industry
- Strong understanding of diesel and engine principles, components and systems.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting engine issues
- Able to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and engineering drawings.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to travel overseas as and when required.
