Job summary

A local electrical company in Singapore is seeking an Electrical Engineer to manage the planning, design, and installation of equipment. The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in construction or electrical fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD is required. This role offers opportunities to lead projects and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in construction or electrical related fields.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering- Electrical or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, assemble and install equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate and liaise with main contractor and consultants.
• Supervise subcontractors' works according to design drawings.
• Prepare projects based on activity stages.
• Ensure compliance of equipment and materials with specifications.
• Oversee and be responsible for assigned supervisors' work.
• Generate incident reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with main con, consultants, sub-contractors.
• Supervise and check subcontractors’ works according to design drawings, specifications and regulation.
• Plan and prepare projects based on stage of activities, schedule work activities.
• Check and ensure the equipment and material offered in compliance with the specification and drawings.
• Oversee and be overall responsible for works carried out by supervisors assigned under his/her care.
• Generate incident reports
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the construction or Electrical related fields is required for this position.
