Job summary

NINE SUITES CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, and technical management of construction projects.

You will ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, safety standards, SOPs, and schedules, acting as the technical link among site operations, design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and management. Qualifications

• Ability to ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Capability to support site teams in resolving technical and construction-related issues.
• Experience in reviewing construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents.
• Ability to coordinate between architectural, structural, civil, and MEP disciplines.
• Experience in managing and coordinating M&E subcontractor activities on site.
• Ability to conduct site inspections and verify workmanship quality.
• Experience in maintaining project documentation including drawings, RFIs, correspondences, and submissions.
• Capability to identify site issues, delays, and technical challenges early.
• Ability to provide practical solutions in coordination with senior engineers and managers.

About the role

The Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, execution, and technical management of construction projects. This role ensures that construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, company SOPs, and project schedules. The Project Engineer acts as a key technical link between site operations, design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and project management to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of project milestones.
