Job summary

A leading construction company is looking for an M&E Contractor to take ownership of projects and supervise operations at the site. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include project planning, liaising with stakeholders, and managing documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of project/site supervision experience.
• Able to read drawings and prepare shop drawings/material requisitions.
• Singaporean ONLY.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of assigned projects, including planning, resource requisition (labour, materials, equipment), and ensuring timely delivery with minimal wastage.
• Monitor and manage subcontractors’ performance, resolve site issues, and ensure all works comply with safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal teams on project progress, approvals, and site matters.
• Prepare and manage shop drawings, material requisitions, stock control, quality plans, and non-conformance reports.
• Conduct inspections, quality checks, and ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and instructions from relevant parties.
• Ensure smooth project handover, manage claims/variations, and provide on-the-job training to new project staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant project/site supervision experience, preferably in construction or M&E works.
• Able to read drawings, prepare shop drawings/material requisitions, and manage project documentation
• Singaporean ONLY
