Job summary

A leading MNC manufacturer in the lift and escalator industry is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from award to handover. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of project management experience, particularly in managing statutory requirements and cost management, along with a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. The position offers a competitive salary of up to SGD 6000, working five days a week with office hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in the lift and escalator industry.
• Preference for Singaporeans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management from award until handover.
• Review project proposals, determine timeframes and funding limitations.
• Coordinate pre & post tender surveys; prepare regular management reports.

Job description

Our Client:

• MNC Manufacturer of Escalators & Elevators

• 5 Days, Office Hours

• Kaki Bukit

• UP $6000 Basic + AWS + VB

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project management from award until handover including statutory requirements and develop comprehensive project plans for multiple projects

• Review project proposal and plans for multiple projects and review project proposal or plan to determine timeframe, funding limitations etc.

• Coordinate and handle pre & post tender surveys and prepare regular project management reports for management during work in progress review

• Direct and coordinate activities of project team which includes attend site meeting, involve in all internal and external inspection/handover of projects for public use with no critical defects and place order for spare parts

• Manage cost and pre-empt / highlight potential cost overrun and late delivery of prohject

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in lift and escalator industry

• Singaporeans only
