Responsibilities:

• Monitor project status and ensure timely delivery of customer services.
• Communicate project updates to customers.
• Raise orders and work orders with suppliers and contractors.
• Compile reports for management review.
• Lead and schedule project meetings, follow up on action items.
• Ensure project milestones are met; escalate issues as needed.
• Verify vendor work completion and assist with billing issues.
• Close work orders upon project delivery and UAT sign-off.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Role Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in passive and active infrastructure.
• Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure and Data Centre operations.
• Good understanding of networking concepts (WAN/LAN, TCP/IP).
• Knowledge of Enterprise ICT solutions, IoT, Edge Cloud.
• Experience with site deployment of telco facilities and assets.
• Ability to work independently and with teams, including contractors and Data Centre staff.
• Self-driven, customer-focused, and able to perform under pressure, especially during emergency restorations.
• Excellent communication skills, eager to learn, team player.
