Job summary

Racer Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to support medical device production at our East Singapore facility. You will coordinate projects, drive process development, and ensure quality and timely execution.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics or related field, experience in manufacturing for medical devices, and the ability to lead improvement initiatives and work with cross-functional teams. On-the-job training will be provided.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Relevant manufacturing engineering experience in medical devices, electronics, precision assembly, or contract manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of process development, NPI, validation, root-cause analysis and production problems solving.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, disciplined documentation, hand-on execution, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers and internal cross department on new project development activities.
  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects to ensure timely execution.
  • Support and lead optimization projects, including planning, coordination, communication, and execution of initiatives related to medical device production.
  • Support and lead the sharing and implementation of best practices across the group.
  • Provide technical, supervisory direction to develop new guidelines and procedures for Scale Up of newly developed product and Technology Transfers.
  • Responsible for the development of new technologies to reduce process cycle time and improve quality.
  • Motivate team to achieve KPI set by management.
  • Carry out Medical Devices process validation such as IQ, OQ and PQ.
  • Other Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Working Hours: 08:30am - 06:00pm (Mon-Fri)

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.

  • Possess or have knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 13485.

  • Ability to lead, coach and inspire a team independently.

  • Ability to produce a high quantity and quality of work with little supervision.

  • Comfortable to work at East area, Changi South.
