Job summary

Airswift is seeking an Electrical Engineer to supervise and coordinate on-site electrical construction activities. The successful candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in electrical construction, particularly in marine or offshore projects, along with a degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering. This role involves monitoring installations, compliance checks, and liaising with various teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate electrical construction activities on-site, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.
  • Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Review and interpret electrical drawings, layout plans, and technical documentation.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve site issues and ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory codes.
  • Track progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports for management and client updates.
  • Participate in site meetings and provide technical input to resolve construction challenges.
  • Support overseas site activities as required by the project schedule.









Requirements:



  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 5 to 7 yearsof hands-on experience in electrical construction within shipyard, marine, or offshore projects.
  • Strong understanding of electrical installation practices, marine standards, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Willingness to travel and work at overseas project sites.
