Project Engineer (Electrical /or Mechanical) / M&E

1. Electrical Engineer

• Supervision of Electrical Equipment testing and commissioning at site.

• Review and submission of site acceptance test reports.

• Review Single Line Diagrams and Electrical Schematic Drawings.

• Assist in Electrical Equipment Installation Inspections.

• Attend Site Activities and Meetings involving clients and contractors.

• Undertake tasks/assignments as directed by the Commissioning Lead.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering.

• Minimum 2 Years in the related field and understanding of Singapore regulatory requirements.

• Experience in MV/LV Electrical Equipment (Site Installation, Testing and Commissioning).

Mechanical Engineer

• Liaise with Client/Consultant/Contractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignments.

• Report and monitor the progress of the project to the Project Manager.

• Supervise works in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.

• Prepare method statements, shop drawings, installations/T&C check sheets, work progress reports, and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on preparation and submission of shop drawings.

• Coordinate/prepare technical submissions with suppliers/subcontractors.

• Assist in negotiating the procurement of materials, equipment, and labor in accordance with the budget.

• Meet with various stakeholders to resolve technical/site issues.

• Work on shop drawings/equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements, and commissioning.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Experience working at a Data Center or in a DFMA environment.

• Familiar with VAV/VRV/cooling tower/Chillers/chilled water pipe/A&A works.

• Familiar with retrofit/renovation/lighting control/BMS.
