ONE PLUS ONE HUMAN RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to coordinate and supervise project work on various sites in Singapore.

You will manage project schedules, review M&E drawings, and ensure timely completion while liaising with clients, consultants, and suppliers. The ideal candidate has PW2/PW4/Poly/Diploma/Degree in Electrical or engineering, is proficient with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project, and can work independently under tight deadlines while

Qualifications

PW2/PW4/Poly/Diploma/Degree in Electrical or engineering required.
Interior fit-out experience is an advantage.
Proficient with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Independent, resourceful, proactive and team player.
Strong organization, planning and project management skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and Supervise project work on various site
Manage project schedule efficiently
Review M&E drawings and follow up on drawing discrepancies
Implement project planning, design, material requisition, cost control and documentation
Ensure smooth progress of works on site and timely completion
Liaise closely with clients, consultants and suppliers on all project related matter
