Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Junior Electrical Technician/ Engineer (AutoCAD / Project Coordination) for a permanent role at our Changi North site. You will prepare electrical layout drawings and BOMs, generate project documentation, and coordinate with production to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering and proficiency in AutoCAD are invited.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting and interpretation of engineering drawings.
• Willingness to train; no prior experience required, 1–2 years in electrical field advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical layout drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Generate and maintain project documentation, including Work Orders, Design & Development Discussion Forms, and related records.
• Coordinate and monitor project progress with production team to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
• Support project planning, execution, and implementation activities.
• Ensure projects align with customer requirements, specifications and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and resolve engineering-related issues when required.
