Project Engineer cum Solar Designer (AutoCAD, Solidworks) - Up to $4,800 + Bonus

Position: Project Engineer cum Solar Designer

Location: Kallang

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,800 + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

1. Assist Project Manager with coordinating, planning, and forecasting to optimize utilization of resources to fulfil budgetary and project milestones.
2. Perform site study for PV system recommendation.
3. Manage solar project site team to ensure compliance with safety standards.
4. Monitor site work progress to ensure projects conform to specifications, schedules, and budgets.
5. Plan and prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects.
6. Coordinate with procurement team to raise sales requests and ensure timely delivery of materials.
7. Create checklists for review or inspection of solar projects.
8. Design and draft mechanical drawings of solar PV systems.
9. Prepare project documents for submission to authorities and ensure smooth project delivery.
10. Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other modeling software (like SketchUp, PVsyst, Helioscope) is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects concurrently.
