A leading company is seeking an M&E Manager to oversee all Mechanical and Electrical works on construction sites. The role involves ensuring project specifications are met on time and within budget while collaborating with various teams to resolve technical issues. Candidates must have strong proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and Revit, and possess a detailed understanding of M&E design compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all M&E works on construction sites, ensuring they are completed according to specifications, within budget, and on time.

• Prepare and review M&E designs and drawings, ensuring they comply with relevant codes, regulations, and project requirements.

• Coordinate with contractor and consultant to resolve any technical issues related to M&E installations.

• Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and quality, addressing any issues that arise.

• Prepare and submit regular project status reports, including progress updates, risks, and mitigation strategies.

• Prepare and submit shop drawing, Revit BIM for coordination, As-built drawings, Construction drawings.

• Manage project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and change orders.

• Collaborate with the procurement team to source and secure M&E materials and equipment.

• Assist in the commissioning and handover of completed M&E systems to clients.

Period:

• Permanent

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri: 9am–6pm, Sat: 9am – 1pm
  

Salary:

• Up to $6,000 + AWS

Location:

• Changi & Kranji (Projects will be based here)
  

Job Requirement:

• MUST HAVE Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM and develop Revit
