Job description

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Handle risk management and escalate issues as needed.
• Enforce safety procedures and environmental controls on-site.
• Provide accurate and timely project status updates to management.
• Address maintenance issues during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
• Prepare and manage tenders and quotations.
• Assist with product specifications and datasheets.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of lighting is an advantage.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Dialux is a plus.
