A leading consultancy firm is seeking a professional to manage structural projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with technical standards. Responsibilities include leading design development, project planning, and providing essential technical support during construction.

• Manage the entire structural project lifecycle, including resource planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Lead structural design development and ensure project goals and technical standards are met.
• Provide technical support during construction and resolve on-site design issues.

Job description

Basic information:

• Monday to Friday
  8.30am to 5.30pm

• Basic salary + Allowances + Bonuses

Job scope:

1. Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and authorities to ensure coordinated efforts, timely submissions, and effective implementation on-site.
2. Manage the entire structural project lifecycle, including resource planning, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
3. Provide technical support during construction, resolving on-site design and coordination issues as they arise.
4. Lead structural design development from concept to completion, ensuring all designs meet project goals and technical standards.
5. Review technical outputs for accuracy, constructability, compliance, and opportunities for value engineering.
6. Support early-stage project planning through feasibility studies, structural assessments, and cost estimation.
7. Build strong professional networks within the industry to strengthen project delivery and collaboration.
8. Champion continuous improvement by integrating innovation, standardising best practices, and applying insights from past projects.
