• Position Title: Project Engineer (BMS)
• Working Location: Macpherson
• Working Hours: 5 working days (Mon to Fri 8.30AM - 5.30PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,500 + AWS + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of BMS projects, ensuring they align with client requirements and timelines
• Design and implement BMS solutions that meet project specifications and integrate seamlessly with existing building infrastructure
• Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design to system handover
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met
• Conduct quality checks and ensure systems meet industry standards and client expectations
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including design specifications, installation guides, and testing protocols.
• Liaise with consultants, architects and contractors and handle all technical matters
• Responsible for site activities, coordination and supervision works related to engineering and systems design
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
