Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer for BESS, Solar and energy projects based at Ubi with islandwide sites. The role involves developing project plans, schedules, budgeting, and coordinating on-site construction activities while ensuring safety, quality and environmental standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in project engineering or construction, experience in infrastructure or renewable energy, familiarity with solar PV and utilities, and exposure to Battery

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant project engineering or construction experience.
• Experience in infrastructure, renewable energy, solar PV, power, utilities or transportation-related projects will be an advantage.
• Exposure to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) will be preferred.
• Able to coordinate contractors, vendors and project stakeholders at site.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management strategies for infrastructure projects.
• Manage on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with design, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Monitor project costs, progress, documentation, and productivity enhancement initiatives to ensure smooth project execution.
