Responsibilities

1. Managing document review processes, including collating and following up on stakeholder comments.
2. Coordinating design, installation, testing, and commissioning activities across contractors, site owners, and end users.
3. Tracking and updating work programmes and schedules in liaison with contractors and key stakeholders.
4. Supporting the project team in achieving timely project delivery.
5. Preparing progress summary reports for internal and external reporting.
6. Overseeing project administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, drafting letters, documenting meeting records, and creating presentation materials.
