Job description

Project Engineer / Assistant Contract Manager

Work Hours: Full-time | Monday-Friday (8.30am-6.00pm) | Saturday (half day)

Location: Near Ubi / Paya Lebar / MacPherson MRT

Key Responsibilities

• Secure and manage construction and architectural projects

• Conduct site surveys and precise measurements

• Prepare quantity take-offs, bills of quantities (BQ), proposals, and progress claims

• Attend and contribute to site meetings with project stakeholders

• Interpret 2D/3D construction and architectural drawings

• Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries

• Allocate work to subcontractors and internal teams

• Assist with inventory tracking and material management

• Draft detailed submission reports and maintain project documentation

• Meet or exceed performance KPIs set by management

• Manage projects to successfully complete on time or Just-In-Time

• Perform ad-hoc duties as required by company leadership

• Strong Contact & Relationship with main contractors will be an added advantage

Requirements

• Experience in architectural or steelwork projects

• Strong industry contacts with contractors, developers, and architects

• Excellent project coordination and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in reading architectural and structural drawings

• Independent, resourceful, and results-driven

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
