Senior / Junior Project Engineer (ACMV)

• Touch based with sectors: Food Processing & Storage, Warehousing & Logistics: and Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems

• BCA Registered Contractor:

  • ME01: Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration & Ventilation Works (Grade L4, Expiry: 01/03/2026)

  • ME02: Building Automation, Industrial & Process Control Systems (Grade L1, Expiry: 01/03/2026)

  • GB2: General Builder Class 2 (Expiry: 24/04/2027)

• Up till $4500 basic + Variable Bonus

• 5.5 days work week (Monday to Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm & (Saturday, 8.30am to 12.30pm)

We deliver comprehensive solutions in cold room construction, air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV), and refrigeration systems. Our core focus is on the design and build of industrial and commercial cold storage facilities, particularly for logistics and warehousing clients. The Responsibilities

• Knowledge in designing of air-Conditioning & mechanical ventilation system, refrigeration system & cold-room system.

• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance, monitor and coordinate the assigned engineering projects) and report regularly on project status.

• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.

• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.

• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

• Preparation of shop-drawings submission, OMM & T&C report for client.

• Assist in on tendering BQ & quotations for projects.

• Interact with clients on a daily basis.

The Requirements

• 3 years of relevant experience within construction industry or similar relevant field

• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, Microsoft office , etc

• Diploma in Engineering

• SG Class 3 Driving License
