Job summary

A leading company in the construction industry is seeking a project assistant to support the Project Manager on ACMV projects. Ideal candidates will possess a Mechanical Engineering degree and demonstrated experience in project management. Responsibilities include managing timelines and costs, as well as liaising with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with local requirements. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in ACMV or Mechanical Engineering in the construction industry is required.
• Possess a Class 3 license will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in planning, execution and completion of ACMV Project.

• Assist Project Manager in planning, execution and completion of ACMV Project.

• Supervise and liaise with relevant authorities / subcontractors / workers at site and ensure work performed on-site complies with local authorities’ requirements.

• Analyze, manage and track project costs against budget.

• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
  

Job requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent

• Work experience in ACMV or Mechanical Engineering in the construction industry.

• Good technical knowledge of ACMV system for Commercial Project.

• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Possess a Class 3 license will be an added advantage.

• Salary is commensurate to working experience.
