1. Industry/ Organization Type: Distribution (Audio Visual)
2. Position Title: Project Engineer
3. Working Location: Bukit Batok
4. Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 5.30pm)
5. Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus
6. Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage audio-visual (AV) projects from start to finish, making sure they are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
2. Work with clients and contractors to understand project needs and goals.
3. Visit and assess sites to create accurate project plans and scopes.
4. Design and set up AV systems, including audio, video, and control systems, based on client needs.
5. Work with internal teams and subcontractors to integrate AV systems smoothly into existing setups.
6. Track project progress and keep stakeholders updated, addressing any issues or delays quickly.
7. Ensure all project phases follow industry standards, safety rules, and company guidelines.
8. Offer technical support and training to clients after project handover to ensure the AV systems are easy to use and meet expectations.
9. Carry out regular maintenance to prevent issues.

Minimum Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, AV Technology, or a similar field.
2. Experience in project engineering or management, especially in the AV sector.
3. Good technical understanding of AV systems, installation, and troubleshooting.
4. Skilled in using project management tools.
5. Skilled in soldering for audio and video connections.
